With remarkable purity of fruit, intense aromatics, and a body that transforms as it moves across the palate, this is a truly exceptional expression of Viognier. Loads of fresh picked stone fruit, lilac, lemon balm and lemon grass leap from the glass. Notes of guava, Asian pear, peach ring, and cedar gain vigor with time. The body opens with energetic citrus but develops a lovely creamy tropicality in the mid palate, finishing with gentle salinity that adds contrast and depth to the palate. Flavors of lychee, banana, lemon curd, & white cherry are underlined with subtle notes of crystalized ginger. The finish is marked with a final note of preserved Meyer lemon that lingers on the palate. Drink now through 2025.
